Health management focuses on your employees. Fit and healthy people are crucial for the continuity and productivity of your organisation. If your organisation has processes with a high health risk, it is important to monitor the health of your employees.

In addition you must meet legal obligations. Dutch working conditions legislation is complex for situations with health risks and changes continuously. Our experts help you comply with the regulations and prevent absence. Together we shape the health and safety management of your organisation.

Risk inventory and evaluation (RI&E)

The RI&E is mandatory for every employer in the Netherlands (self-employed excepted) and the basis for preventive measures. In an organisation with complex working conditions and high risks that basis matters even more. Advice and prevention for those conditions are our speciality.

We start with a detailed evaluation of the health and safety risks. Together with you we categorise the risks as high, medium and low: hazardous workplaces, processes and situations. On that basis we write a solution-oriented action plan with action points and a timeline, and we map job and risk profiles for the roles with high work and safety pressure.

Already have an RI&E, or have there been changes in the organisation? Have your RI&E updated. We help you re-evaluate the working conditions and review your measures.

Preventive medical examination (PMO)

With a PMO you map health risks in time, in your work processes and among your employees. This prevents absence and gives you tools to raise productivity. As an employer you are obliged under the RI&E to offer a PMO at the frequency stated there. We tailor the examination to the needs and working conditions of your organisation.

A PMO for every situation

1. PMO BasicA tailored questionnaire survey for lower-risk working conditions or as a first measuring instrument. Employees gain insight into their personal results; you receive anonymised feedback at organisation level.
2. PMO PhysicalFor operational and physically demanding roles: questionnaire survey, physical examination and a personal consultation with a physician. You receive an anonymised report.
3. PMO MentalFor mentally demanding roles: questionnaire survey, targeted physical examination and a personal consultation, with tools to limit risks.
4. PMO ComfortThe complete physical and mental check-up, supplemented with extensive blood tests. A detailed picture of the status of your human capital as the basis for preventive measures.

Workplace surveys and occupational hygiene

Our core experts, including a certified safety expert and an occupational hygienist, investigate physical strain, exposure to substances, noise and ergonomics in the workplace. We translate the findings into practical measures that fit your processes and your RI&E.
